We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password), and information generated through your use of FlipFlow (inventory data, calculator inputs, alert configurations, and usage analytics). We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed securely by Stripe.
We use your information to provide and improve the FlipFlow service, personalise your experience, send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, feature updates), and for aggregate analytics to understand product usage. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the EU. We use row-level security to ensure you can only access your own data. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit via TLS.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are strictly necessary for the service to function and do not track you across other websites. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
FlipFlow uses the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (hosting). Each of these services has their own privacy policy and appropriate data processing agreements.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data (via Settings → Delete account), restrict processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@flipflow.app.
