By creating an account or using FlipFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
FlipFlow is a reseller arbitrage intelligence platform that provides opportunity data, profit calculation tools, inventory management, and price alert features. Data shown is for informational purposes only. FlipFlow does not guarantee profit, accuracy of marketplace pricing, or availability of any listed product.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others (except via Business plan team seats). You must be at least 18 years old to use FlipFlow.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods. Free trial periods (where offered) convert to paid plans automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You may not use FlipFlow to scrape, resell, or redistribute our data; attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; create multiple accounts to abuse free trial limits; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
All content, algorithms, and software comprising FlipFlow are the property of FlipFlow and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of any data you input into the platform.
FlipFlow is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits from trading decisions made using FlipFlow data.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
